We decided to take it a few steps further and walk across the Brooklyn bridge and into downtown Manhattan. It felt like the closest I will ever get to that 28 days later feeling. It was an urban ghost town, with the exception of the occasional NYPD officer lit by flare. Because there was no power, I was able to take really long exposures to create an almost daylight effect.
